Chicken Chili Bake
Title: Chicken Chili Bake Categories: None Yield: 6 Servings 1/2 c Brown rice, uncooked 1 3/4 c Chicken broth 2 c Chopped, cooked chicken 1 1/2 c Medium salsa 1 cn Cream of chicken soup 1 c Frozen whole kernel corn, -thawed 1/2 c Finely chopped onion 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 2 ts Chili powder 1 ts Dried oregano 1/2 ts Curry powder 1/4 ts Pepper Cook rice in chicken broth until tender and broth is absorbed. Combine the remaining ingredients, stir in rice. Bake in a greased 2-qt casserole dish @ 350 for 30 mins.
