2 tb Parsley Flakes
1 tb Oregano
1 tb Marjoram
1 tb Thyme
2 ts Rosemary
1 ts Garlic Salt
1 ts Onion Salt
1 tb Celery Salt
1 tb Ginger
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Sage
1 tb Paprika
--- Oven Fried Chicken ---
1 1/2 ts Chicken Coating Mix
3/4 c Flour
1/4 c Dry Non-Fat Instant Milk
2 ts Sugar
1 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Hot Water
2 ts Vegetable Oil
3 lb Fryer Chicken, Cut Up

* Preheat oven to 425 degrees. * Combine all ingredients except chicken in
small bowl. * Blend well. * Dip chicken in batter. * Bake uncovered 40-50
minutes until golden brown and tender. * If desired, fry in hot oil.
VARIATION: * Coat chicken with mix and 1 cup flour, then fry in hot oil.
Makes 1/2 cup.
