Title: Chicken Crunch Categories: Poultry Yield: 6 Servings 2 c Diced chicken 1 c Chopped celery 1/2 c Minced onion 1 cn (8-oz) water chestnuts; -choppd Salt and pepper to taste 2 cn (10.75-oz) cream of mushroom -soup 1/2 c Milk 1 cn (5-oz) chow mein noodles Mix ingredients with 3/4 the noodles. Place in baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining noodles. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
