2 Chickens
1/2 pt Yogurt
2 tb Coriander
2 tb Turmeric
2 ts Cumin
8 Chiles
1 ts Fenugreek seed
1 Clove garlic
1 Onion; chopped
1 Piece ginger; minced

Mix it all together and marinate overnight. Braise in liquid til tender. Or
drain and roast in oven.
