1 ds Pepper
1 ts Seasoned salt
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powder
2 c Water (or to dipping
-consistency)

Combine above . Dry chicken before dipping in mixture. For a quarter of a
chicken we cook it 20 minutes starting at 350 degrees and reducing to 325
