Chicken Fajitas
Title: Chicken Fajitas Categories: Poultry mai, Tex-mex Yield: 6 Servings 6 Boneless skinless chicken -breast halves 1/2 c Lemon juice 3 tb Vegetable oil 3 tb Wine vinegar 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts White pepper; or lemon -pepper 1 ts Garlic powder 2 lg Sweet onions; sliced 4 Red and green bell peppers; -sliced Guacamole Salsa 12 Flour tortillas Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder evenly over chicken. Mix in lemon juice, oil and vinegar, completely coating chicken. Marinate for 1 hour. Grill chicken breast halves whole, then slice into thin strips, or slice up raw and stir-fry.
