Chicken Fettuccine 2
Title: Chicken Fettuccine 2 Categories: Main dish, Poultry, Pasta Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Butter or margarine, divided 1 pk (8-oz) sliced fresh -mushrooms 1 sm Red bell pepper, cut into -thin strips 1 sm Onion, chopped 1 Garlic clove, pressed 2 c Chopped roasted chicken 1/2 c Whipping cream 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 ts Ground white pepper 8 oz Fettuccine, cooked Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and next 3 ingredients, and saute until tender. Add chicken; cook until thoroughly heated. Remove from skillet. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons butter and whipping cream in skillet; cook over low heat until butter melts.
