Title: Chicken Florentine3 Categories: Chicken Yield: 4 Servings 4 Chicken breasts; cooked 2 pk Chopped spinach; thawed and -drained (up to 3) -----------------------------------BLEND----------------------------------- 2 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1 c Mayonnaise 2 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Curry powder Bread crumbs Butter or margarine 1 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar or Swiss -cheese Line pan with spinach, arrange chicken, spread blend on top and sprinkle with bread crumbs and pats of butter or margarine.
