Chicken Glace
Title: Chicken Glace Categories: Chicken, To post Yield: 1 Servings 2 pk Unflavored gelatin 3 Chicken bouillon cubes 2 cn Chunk chicken 1 c Green onion tops; chopped 1/8 ts Tabasco® sauce 1/4 c Fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. -dried parsley; soaked in -water and pressed dry 1 1/2 c Boiling water Hard boiled egg; chopped, -optional Pimentos; optional 1. Dissolve gelatin and bouillon cubes in boiling water. 2. Chill until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients and chill until set. Notes: The chopped hard boiled eggs and pimentos add color, but you must increase seasoning somewhat if they are added.
