Title: Chicken in Foil Nov 87 Categories: Main course, Meats, Poultry Yield: 1 Servings 1 3-lb chicken; cut into 4 -parts, chicken beasts or -legs ----------------------------------MARINADE---------------------------------- 1 lg Onion; chopped 1 Clove garlic; minced 1/4 ts Thyme 1/4 ts Marjoram 1/2 ts Rosemary Juice of 2 lemons 1 tb Paprika 6 tb Olive oil 1 tb Grated lemon rind Salt and pepper; to taste 1. Wash pieces well. 2. Combine the ingredients for the marinade. 3. Marinate chicken overnight 4. Cut squares of parchment paper or foil and place 1 piece chicken into each, pour 1 tbs marinade on top and close paper in such a way as to leave some space between the chicken and the paper. 5. Bake at 375 F ( preheated) oven for 55 minutes.
