Title: Chicken Legs with Dijon Cream

Yield: 2 Servings

2 Chicken legs
1 c Milk
1/2 c Heavy cream
2 1/2 tb Grey poupon
Salt and pepper

Cook chicken in a small skillet, lightly salted. Reduce heat to low and add
all the other ingredients. Mix, adding more salt and pepper if needed. Let
it cook for 10 minutes.
