Title: Chicken Liver Stroganoff #1

Yield: 4 Servings

2 c Sliced onions
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1/2 lb Chicken livers
1 tb Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 ct Sour cream
Hot cooked rice or egg
-noodles

Cook onions in butter until tender. Add chicken livers & seasonings. Slowly
brown livers. Cover & cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Add sour
cream. Heat. Serve over hot rice or egg noodles. Serves 4.
