Title: Chicken Marengo Categories: Chicken, Main dishes Yield: 1 Servings 2 1/2 lb Chicken; cut up 1/4 c Flour Salt and pepper 3 tb Vegetable oil 8 oz Tomato sauce 1 c Chicken broth 3 Cloves garlic; minced 1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Bay leaf Lightly coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute chicken until golden. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
