Chicken Marinated in Sweet Curry Paste
Title: Chicken Marinated in Sweet Curry Paste Categories: Chicken and Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Chutney; mango 1/4 c Orange marmalade 1 ts Sesame oil 1/2 ts Ground red pepper 1/2 ts Curry powder 4 Boned and skinned chicken -breast halves Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well. Pour over chicken. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 2-10 hours. Broil for 10-15 minutes.
