Title: Chicken Noodle Rice Categories: *, Pasta, Poultry, Rice Yield: 4 Servings 2 ts Canola oil 2 c Chicken chunks; 1 1/2" cubes 2 pk Ramen style chicken noodles; -3 oz. each 2 c Frozen green peas 2 c Water 1 ts Minced garlic 1/2 ts Dried thyme 3 c Cooked white rice Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry 2 mins. until white on all sides. Break up noodles and stir into skillet with peas, water, garlic and thyme. Cover and simmer for 4-5 mins. or until chicken is opaque. Stir in rice and contents of flavor packages from the noodles. Heat 1 min.
