Chicken Quesadillas
Title: Chicken Quesadillas Categories: None Yield: 2 Servings 4 sm Flour or corn tortillas (up -to 5) 1 sm Onion 4 oz Moneterey jack cheese (with -jalepeno peppers if you -like it spicy) 1 cn (6-ounce) chicken 1 ts Oil Dice onion, packing out the skin and end pieces. Thinly slice up cheese. Drain the chicken well away from camp. Assemble quesadillas by sprinkling chicken, onion, and cheese on half of the tortilla.
