Title: Chicken Rice Soup Categories: Crockpot, Soups & ste, Poultry Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Skinless boneless chicken; -(cut into cubes) 5 c Water or chicken broth 8 oz Fresh mushrooms; sliced (2 -c.) 3/4 c Sliced celery 1/2 c Sliced carrots 1/2 Raw rice 1/4 c Chopped onions 1 c Frozen or canned mixed -vegetables 5 ts Chicken flavor instant -bouillon or 5 Cubes (unless you use -chicken broth) 1/2 ts Ground sage 1/4 ts Pepper In slow cooker, combine chicken, water or broth, vegetables and seasonings.
