5 c Cooked; diced chicken
1 1/2 c Diced celery
4 Hard-cooked eggs; chopped
1 cn (8.25-oz) crushed pineapple;
-drained
2 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Diced sweet pickles
2 c Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves

Toss first eight ingredients together lightly and serve on lettuce leaves.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
