Chicken Salad Croissants


Title: Chicken Salad Croissants

Yield: 4 Servings

2 c Chunked cooked chicken
3/4 c Mayonnaise
3/4 c Chopped walnuts
1/2 c Sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Black pepper
4 lg Croissants; split
4 Leaves lettuce; optional

In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, walnuts, cranberries, salt
and black pepper; mix well. Spread equally over croissants and add a leaf
of lettuce to each, if desired. Serve immediately.

NOTES : I substituted pecans for the walnuts
