Title: Chicken Squares and Mushroom Sauce Categories: Main dishes, Poultry, To post, Casseroles Yield: 1 Servings 3 c Cooked Chicken; diced 1 c Cooked Rice 2 c Toasted Bread Crumbs 1/2 c Celery; diced 1/4 c Pimento; chopped 4 Eggs; beaten 2 ts Salt 1 cn Cream Of Mushroom Soup; -undiluted 1/3 c Milk Combine chicken, rice, bread crubs, celery and pimento. To the beaten eggs, add salt and broth, stir into chicken mixture. Put in greased baking dish. Bake 55 min. at 350°. Cut in squares and serve with mushroom sauce. FOR THE SAUCE: combine 1/3 c milk and 1 can mushroom soup and heat thoroughly.
