Chicken Strips with Honey Sauce
Title: Chicken Strips with Honey Sauce Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Honey 1 c Spicy brown mustard; -prepared 1 c All-purpose flour 1 c Bread crumbs; fresh 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Garlic; granulated 4 lb Chicken breast; skinless, -boneless, cut in -3x1x1/2-inch strips Combine honey and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well. Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake off excess.
