Title: Chicken Wrapped in Bacon Categories: Poultry Yield: 1 Servings Boneless chicken breast Bacon Dried beef strips 8 oz. sour cream Cream of celery soup Water Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cut bacon strips into three peices and wrap chicken breast. Line large casserole or pan with dried beef strips.(at least 1 strip per chicken breast). Place chicken breast on top of beef. Add a little water and bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix together sour cream and cream of celery soup and pour over the chicken and return to oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
