Title: Chicken Wrapped in Bacon Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 4 Chicken breasts; boned Salt and pepper to taste 1 ts Minced onion (up to 2) 4 sl Bacon 1 tb Kitchen Bouquet 2 ts Flour submitted by Mrs. David C. Norton (Florence "Dee" Holmes) Easy - may prepare ahead, serves 4 Salt and pepper chicken, then sprinkle with onion. Wrap each loosely with bacon. Mix Kitchen Bouquet and flour into a paste. Roll wrapped chicken in paste. Place in covered pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Farenheit.
