Chicken/biscuit Casserole
Title: Chicken/biscuit Casserole Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 Bag of frozen mixed -vegetables 2 c Chopped cooked chicken 1 cn Campbell's Cream of Chicken -soup 1 cn Campbell's Cream of Mushroom -soup 1 tb Poultry seasoning; (up to 2) 2 c Bisquick 1 1/3 c Milk 2 tb Parsley or chives 1. Combine soups, poultry seasoning, chicken and vegetables; mix well. 2. Combine Bisquick and milk (will be the consistency of pancake batter, add more milk if needed); pour over chicken mixture.
