Chili
Title: Chili Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 pk Nasoya Firm tofu; frozen and -thawed 1 lg Onion; diced 2 Cloves garlic; minced 3 c Tomatoes 4 c Cooked kidney beans 2 tb Chili powder 1 ts Vinegar 1 ts Sweetener 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Black pepper Tabasco sauce; if desired from Nasoya Thaw tofu. Press (aka-compress to drain any liquid) and crumble. Saute onion and garlic in oil (or broth) until onions are tender. Add tofu and saute another few minutes. In a large pot, mix all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Stir frequently. Servings is not given, but from what I've experienced, it seems to make about 10-12cups of chili.
