Chili #2
Title: Chili #2 Categories: Meat Yield: 8 Servings 2 lb Ground chuck (or more) 2 lg Onions; chopped 1/2 c Oil 1 ts Red pepper 1/2 c Chili powder 4 cn (16-oz) tomatoes; and juice 2 cn (16-oz) kidney beans or -chili hot beans 1 pk (small) spaghetti Brown ground chuck in oil with onions. Drain excess fat. Mash or chop tomatoes & add with rest of ingredients except spaghetti. Simmer at least 1 hour. Add spaghetti & simmer another hour. Stir occasionally. (May need to add some water.)
