1 lb Ground Beef
1 Green Pepper; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
1 Clove Garlic; minced
1 cn (16 Ounce) Tomatoes; cut up,
-undrained
1 cn (16 Ounce) Red Kidney Beans;
-drained
1 cn (8 Ounce) Tomato Sauce
3 tb Chili Powder
1/2 ts Dried Basil

Cook ground beef, green pepper, onion, and garlic until meat is browned.
Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, drained kidney beans, tomato
sauce, chili powder, and basil Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20
minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
