Chili Paste
Title: Chili Paste Categories: Cooking liv, Import Yield: 1 Servings 6 Shallots; peeled 1 tb Coarse ground black pepper 2 Serrano chiles or 1 jalapeno 3 Garlic cloves 2 tb Minced ginger 1 tb Sugar 1 tb Kosher salt 2 Limes; juiced 1 tb Worcestershire sauce Canola oil to combine In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the oil.
