Title: Chili with White Beans Categories: Chili, Posted Yield: 6 Servings 3 lb Ground beef 1 1/2 qt Water 1 Bay leaf 1/4 c Garlic; minced 2 ts Salt 1 ts Oregano 1/2 ts Cayenne 2 tb Paprika 1 ts Cumin powder 1/2 lb Dry navy beans 1 ts Brown sugar 1 tb Chili powder Brown beef thoroughly.
