1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1/2 Lemon juiced or just lemon
-juice
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper or
-regular
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 Garlic clove minced
3/4 c Olive oil

mix honey and mustard in lidded jar. Add remaining ingredients and shake
vigorously. It is very good.
