Title: Chili-Cheese Potatoes

3 md Baking Potatoes; unpeeled,
-1/2" thick
1 tb Vegetable Oil
1 ts Chili Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese; grated
1 c Cheddar Cheese; shredded
1 sm Green Onion; chopped

3 tb Fresh Chives; minced (3 to
-4)

Combine potatoes and oil in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; toss well.
Sprinkle potatoes with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cover tightly with
plastic wrap and microwave about 15-18 minutes or until tender, stirring
gently every 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and onion and chives. Let
stand, covered, 5 minutes.
