Title: Chili-Cheese Rounds Categories: Appetizer Yield: 50 Servings 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese; shredded 2 Cloves garlic; minced or -mashed 1 c Finely chopped pecans 2 tb Chili powder Crackers Cream together the cheeses and garlic until blended; mix in pecans. Shape into two rolls, about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in chili powder. Wrap each roll in waxed paper or aluminum foil and chill. To serve, slice into thin rounds and serve with crackers.
