Title: Chinese Burritos

Yield: 4 Servings

4 Flour tortillas; 8 inch
2 c Chicken and sweet pepper
-stir fry
4 oz Canned mushrooms; sliced and
-drained
1/4 c Plum preserves

Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in a 350° oven for 10 minutes to soften.

meanwhile, in a med saucepan stir together the reserved Chicken and Sweet
pepper stir fry, mushrooms, and plum preserves. Cook and stir over med heat
about 5 minutes or till heated through.

To assemble, spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture down the center of each
tortilla. Fold in the opposite sides of the tortilla so they overlap.
