2 bn Green onion; chopped
1 Nappa cabbage (Chinese
-cabbage), shredded

-----------------------------------CRUNCH-----------------------------------
2 Tb.butter
3/4 C.sesame seeds
1 pk Pork flavored Ramen noodles
3/4 c Slivered almonds

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
2 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Oil
The pack of seasoning from
-the Ramen noodle package

Chop and toss vegetables Combine dressing ingredients in saucepan; heat and
boil for 1 minute; cool.

Brown in large skillet the crunch mixture; cool.

About an hour before serving....toss all ingredients together. I also have
a great broccoli salad if you're interested. Enjoy the cabbage salad. (If
you ever have any leftover dressing, it's good on a lettuce salad, also.)
