Title: Chinese Noodle Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 lg Head chinese cabbage; (bok -choy) 5 Green onions with tops 2 pk Ramen noodles; (discard -flavor packets) 1/2 c Sesame seeds 1/2 c Real butter 1 pk (small) slivered almonds -------------------------------SAUCE MIXTURE------------------------------- 1 c Oil 2 tb Soy sauce 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Vinegar Chop onions and cabbage. Chill. Lightly brown noodles, (broken up) in butter with sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Drain on paper towel. Before serving combine all salad ingredients together.
