Title: Chinese Peas Categories: Peas, Vegetables Yield: 1 Servings 2 pk Frozen peas 1 sm Can mushrooms 1 cn Water chestnuts; sliced thin 2 cn Mushroom soup 1/3 c Slivered almonds Cook peas one half of time given on package (drain). Add 3 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper. Grease casserole with butter. Build up casserole with peas, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Stir in two cans mushroom soup. Add slivered almonds on top.
