Title: Chinese Style Cabbage

Yield: 4 Servings

1 tb Shortening
3 c Cabbage; finely shredded
1 c Celery; chopped
1 md Green Bell Pepper; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper

Heat shortnening in skillet. Drop in vegetables, stir well. Cover tightly.
Steam 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring several times. Season with salt
and pepper. Serve immediately.

Serves 4 - 6
