Title: Chinese Style Country Ribs

Yield: 5 Servings

1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Orange marmalade
2 tb Catsup
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
3 1/2 lb Country-style spareribs

Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup, and garlic. Brush on both sides of
ribs. Place in slow-cooking pot. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover
and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
