Title: Chocolate Almond Coffee Mix

1 c Coffee creamer, powdered
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Instant coffee
1/2 c Cocoa
1 ts Almond extract

In a blender or food processor, finely grind all ingredients until well
blend. Store in an airtight container.

Serving Instructions: Stir about 2 tsp. coffee mix into 6 ounces of hot
water
