Title: Chocolate Cafe Dip Categories: Desserts Yield: 1 Servings 12 oz Semisweet chocolate, broken Into chunks 12 oz Unsweetened chocolate, Broken into chunks 8 oz Heavy cream 2 tb Coffee liqueur Assorted dipping foods Melt chocolates in top of boiler over low heat. Pour cream in slowly, blending well. Add liqueur. Pour melted mix into fondue pot, & heat over low flame, being careful not to scorch chocolate.
