Chocolate Cake
Title: Chocolate Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 200 g Margarine 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 tb Vanilla extract 1 pn Salt 3 Eggs 2 1/2 c Flour 3 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Cocoa powder 2 c Orange juice (recipe calls -for 2 cups yogurt but I -like to keep it parve) Source: Cakes for all Seasons by Nira Scheuer Mix together margarine, sugar vanilla and salt. Add the eggs slowly. Then add the rest of the ingredients alternating the flour mixture with the juice. Pour into a large greased pan and bake for 50 - 60 min at 180 (350). Boil together 1/2 cup red wine, 1/3 cup of sugar and 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder. Pour oven hot cake when removed from the oven.
