Title: Chocolate Cake with Amish Starter Categories: Bread maili, Sweet bread Yield: 1 Servings 2/3 c Oil; or shortening* 2/3 c Sugar 2/3 c Cocoa 3 Eggs 1 c Batter; Amish Starter 1 3/4 c Flour 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 1/2 ts Baking soda 1 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Water; 3/4 cup* Beat together oil, sugar and cocoa. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in batter. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with water and vanilla. Pour into 2-9" pans (greased and floured).
