Title: Chocolate Chess Pie #1 Categories: Pie Yield: 1 Servings 1 Stick butter 3 1/2 tb Cocoa 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 cn (5-oz) evaporated milk 2 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla 1 Unbaked pie shell 1/2 pt Cream; whipped Chopped almonds; optional Melt butter and cool. Mix by hand cocoa, sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla. Add butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes or until firm. Cool; refrigerate. Top with whipped cream.
