Title: Chocolate Chip Cookie Wreath Categories: Cookies, Holiday, Christmas Yield: 24 Servings 1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed 1/3 c Sugar 1/2 c Margarine; or butter, -softend 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 1 Egg 1 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 6 oz Chocolate chips 1/2 c Brickle bits Heat oven to 375~. Line 2, 12" pizza pans with foil. Invert 4" oven-proof bowls in center of each pan; grease outside of bowl. In large bowl, cream brown sugar, sugar, margarine, vanilla and egg until light and fluffy. Lightly spoon flour itno measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and brickle chips. Spread half of dough onto each prepared pan to within 1/2" of bowl and pan edges. BAke for 10-15 minutes or until light golden. Carefully remove bowls. Cool; remove from pan.
