1 lb Powdered sugar
8 oz Coconut
2/3 c Potato-mashed
1 c Chocolate chips
1 ts White corn syrup

>From Dorothy Tapping:

Combine powdered sugar, coconut and mashed potatoes; mix until smooth.
Spread in a greased 8 or 9-inch square pa. Melt chocolate chips and add
corn syrup. Spread over potato mixture. Chill 2 hours. Cut into squares.
