Title: Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Categories: Cookies Yield: 48 Servings 4 oz Chocolate, unsweetened 1/2 c Oil 2 c Sugar 4 Eggs 2 ts Vanilla 2 c Flour 2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt Confectioners' sugar Melt chocolate and mix with oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Chill 2 hours and roll in balls. Roll in confectioner's sugar.
