1 lb Pitted dates
1/3 C.; grand marnier
1/2 c Toasted whole almonds

Here are some stuffed date recipes I found in teh Cookbook USA cd-rom.

Soak dates in hot water to cover (30 minutes). Drain and pat dry. Soak
dates in Grand Marnier (1 hour). Drain if necessary. Stuff each date with
an almond; melt chocolate as below. Dip date in chocolate to coat
completely. Arrange on plate; refrigerate until chocolate is set.
