Title: Chocolate Glaze

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Powdered sugar
1/8 c Skim/non-fat milk; (up to
-1/4)
1 tb Cocoa
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Butter flavoring

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Beat ingredients together until
smooth. For thinner consistency, add skim milk. Scrape bowl frequently.
Glaze cake immediately to allow glaze to seep into cake ensuring moistness
and richness. Great for all chocolate cakes. Frosts a 13 by 9 inch cake.
