Title: Chocolate Ice Cream for Donvier Categories: Dairy, Chocolate Yield: 1 Quart 1 1/2 c Milk 1 c Sugar 3 Egg yolks 2 c Cream 1/3 c Cocoa 1 ts Vanilla Beat the milk and egg yolks together. Mix in the sugar. Cook over medium heat until the mixture coats a spoon. Stir often or it will burn. After cooking, sift in the cocoa and mix well. Cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Add the cream and vanilla and mix well again. Refrigerate overnight for best results in the Donvier.
