1 pk Silken tofu
1/3 c Maple syrup or honey
2 tb Cocoa powder
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Peanut butter (optional)

The silken tofu is the key to a light mousse.

Puree till smooth, refrigerate or freeze 2 hours before use.

FUDGESICLES: Put chocolate mousse recipe into popsicle molds-freeze
overnight or several hours.

Great for the kids!
